Eg66 may take action to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspicious transactions, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or other fraudulent activity. During a suspension, the user's balance will be preserved, and the account will be reinstated if the user is cleared following an investigation. However, if fraud is proven, eg66 reserves the right to forfeit the funds.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the support team. Once identity verification is complete, any remaining balance will be returned via the designated payment method. However, if any bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only the original deposit will be eligible for return.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
